Georgia Phillips

We worked with Georgia to buy our first house and she was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive. We were nervous as first time homebuyers but she carefully walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions with ease, and advocated for us at every turn. We also appreciated that she communicated any and all updates as we progressed and noted every detail. She truly went above and beyond and made the process straightforward and as easy as possible. We highly recommend working with Georgia!

We bought and sold a house with Georgia and it has been wonderful working with her. She is always proactive when there are action items required, responsive when we had questions and provided well grounded advice on key decision items. She made the processes so seamless which took away a lot of the stress involved. Would 100% recommend working with her!

Georgia is by far the best agent I’ve worked with. She has exceptional insight into market trends and analysis, and she approaches every interaction with patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care in addressing questions and concerns. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her and look forward to future opportunities. Highly recommend — 100%!
